Soft, aerodynamic curves shape the building massing, while horizontal balcony bands emphasize continuity and elegance. Integrated vertical green terraces introduce biophilic elements, softening the glass façade and enhancing environmental performance.
The podium is seamlessly integrated into the tower through fluid transitions, creating a cohesive architectural statement. Its sculpted base forms a grand urban gesture, anchoring the tower at street level with a bold yet elegant presence.
